Ajit Hutheesing
Ajit has been involved daily in rBlock's formation and plan execution, during its first two years. He has over 40 years of experience in the investment banking and investment management fields - 30 of these as a senior executive of the IFC (World Bank), Schroders (U.S.), and the Sherwood Capital Group - and most recently as the Founder and CEO of International Capital Partners (ICP), a venture capital investment manager. Ajit was educated at Cambridge University in England where he received his Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Physics, Metallurgy and Mathematics and his Master's Degree in Chemical Engineering. He received his MBA from Columbia Business School.

Don Fowler
Don Fowler became Chief Executive of SumTotal Systems, Inc. in November 2005. Fowler guides the strategy and oversees the global operations of SumTotal.  During his 47-year career, he has held executive or management posts with companies such as Tandem Computers, Bechtel, IBM and Boeing. Fowler also served as chief executive of two start-up companies that enjoyed rapid revenue growth under his tenure.  From 1998 through 2005, Fowler was a director, mentor and advisor to a number of early stage tech firms. Fowler serves on the President’s Cabinet at California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, as well as the executive committee. He received both his bachelor’s degree in mathematics and a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Washington.

Raj Gollamudi
Raj is a co-founder of BlueStream Ventures and has worked in or with venture-backed technology startups for the past fourteen years. Prior to founding BlueStream, Raj was a research analyst at Thomas Weisel Partners where he led the firm's efforts in internet infrastructure software. Raj also spent more than six years in software research and development postions, including five years at Sun Microsystems.  Raj has an M.B.A. from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, an M.S. from Clemson University and a B.E. from Birla Institute of Technology and Science.

Barry Romeril
Barry has been a top executive in major multi-national companies including ICI (U.K.), British Telecom as CFO and Xerox Corporation as Vice-Chairman and CFO.  While at Xerox, also on the board of Xerox Technology Enterprises (Xerox PARC) and on the boards of several small and major companies (BHP-Billeton, Australia - NYSE).  Barry is a founding investor in a number of small companies in his personal capacity.

Dan was Founder and CTO of an internet incubator called Campsix.  Earlier he was a Cofounder and VPE at Brightmail, which was purchased by Symantec in 2004 for $370 million.

Margaret Towle
Margaret recently joined Greycourt as a Managing Director in the firm's Portland office.  She was formerly the CIO of Northern Trust's Alternative Asset Management Group with about $30 Billion under management and has had a long career as a strategist and portfolio manager.

Sir Ronald Grierson is a renowned banker and industrialist and currently Co-Chairman of The Blackstone Group's International Advisory Board.  He has held the positions of Managing Director of S.G. Warburg, Vice Chairman of General Electric (U.K.) and Chairman of GEC International. He has also acted as Deputy Chairman and Managing Director of the U.K. Industrial Reorganization Corporation, as Director-General of the European Commission in Brussels, as Executive Chairman of the South Bank Arts Centre in London, and as advisor to the Secretary-General of the United Nations

Charles Dobson
Charles advises rBlock on how to serve the needs of active citizens and their local government in a manner that enables a stronger working relationship between them.  Charles is an Associate Professor in Cultural Studies and Design. He has a varied background in design, media advocacy and community development. He is the author of The Troublemaker's Teaparty - A Manual For Effective Citizen Action, and The Citizen's Handbook. He is also Director of Popular Education for the New City Institute. His principal area of interest is creative problem solving applied to large-scale social problems.

Vineet Jain
Vineet advises rBlock on matters relating to engineering, co-located development, hosting and capital raising.  Vineet is currently CEO and co-founder of Egnyte in Mountain View, CA, which provides a wide range of customers with an on-demand file server.  Earlier Vineet co-founded a supply chain management company that was funded by Kleiner Perkins, Mohr Davidow and Trinity, and that was acquired.

Michael Glaser
Michael Glaser is a Partner in the Menlo Park office of Perkins Coie and a key member of the firm’s nationwide Emerging Companies practice group. With his foundation in finance and securities, Mr. Glaser brings a valuable quantitative perspective to transactional negotiations.
